Cancellation Policy

At Luca Hair Professionals, every appointment is intentionally reserved to create a personalized, elevated experience for each guest. Your appointment time is thoughtfully set aside exclusively for you, and I deeply value the mutual respect of time and energy. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice whenever possible. This allows enough time to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for an appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-Show Appointments Missed appointments without communication may result in a charge for the reserved service time and may require a deposit for future bookings. Late Arrivals If you are running behind, please reach out as soon as possible. Depending on timing, adjustments to the service may be necessary to ensure the experience remains seamless for all scheduled guests throughout the day. Deposits Certain extended appointments or transformational services may require a deposit to reserve the dedicated time needed for your experience.
